Shipping & Returns

All our merchandise is made-to-order. This means that when you place your order it is then printed just for you. This ensures that you will be receiving the best quality. Orders are processed when the payment is accepted.

Order Modifications or Cancellations: 
After your order has been placed, you have 24 hours to contact our customer service team at myfavmerchnyc@gmail.com and request order modifications or a cancellation. After 24 hours, your order has already been placed into production and can no longer be modified.

While we print a portion of our products in-house at our US facilities, we also source from suppliers worldwide to offer our shoppers a greater variety of merchandise. We only work with vendors who abide by our strict quality control guidelines and standards. This is the reason for the delivery times below.

Production time:

Our production timeline may shift daily depending on overall order volume.

In addition, if your order is personalized and/or needs modifications, it may take a few days for our designer to make customization. Design time will depend on the complexity of the request.

Note: In peak season, your parcel may arrive late than expected delivery. 

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME ( Starting from when the order is confirmed )

  • United States: 6 – 25 days
  • European Union + United Kingdom : 12 – 30 days
  • Australia +  Canada: 14– 30 days
  • Rest of World:  15 – 30 days

Estimated delivery times (U.S only) for:

  • T-Shirts: 3-5 business days
  • Sweatshirts: 3-5 business days
  • Hooded Blankets: 1-2 weeks
  • Shoes: 1-2 weeks
  • Blankets: 1-2 weeks
  • Door Mats: 1-2 weeks
  • Phone Cases: 1-2 weeks
  • Car Seat Covers: 2-4 weeks
  • Leggings: 1-2 weeks

When order is ready to be shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your email so you can track your package.

Note: The estimated delivery time for our order will depend on your location. While we work closely with our logistics partners to provide you accurate delivery information, delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Once your product(s) are in transit, any delays are outside our control.

INCORRECT ADDRESS  (Please read carefully )

Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout:

  • If there is incorrect or missing information that we can detect on our end, we may be required to contact you for an update on the delivery information, which can cause delays in delivering your order. 
  • We are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address or returned to sender. The returned orders will be donated to charities and will not be returned to our warehouse. Before reaching out to our customer support, please check your given shipping address first.
  • If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUND POLICY (Please read carefully)

Because items are made-to-order (not kept in stock instead made upon order receipt) there will be no returns unless damaged or defected items.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Since your order is custom printed just for you, we aren’t responsible for refunds or exchanges due to incorrect fit issues. Buyers assume all risks when choosing the style and fit of their purchase. To better help you in choosing the right size, we have made readily available a size chart in each product page. 

REFUNDS: Items are made-to-order especially for you. We will supply refunds if items are Damaged. Please send a photo of damaged goods to myfavmerchnyc@gmail.com and we'll take it from there and either supply a refund OR send a replacement. Please allow 24hrs from receipt of email for us to advise on next steps.

Please submit your request of refund/ exchange within 14 days after you received your product.
